Use your Charter school funds for Wild Child! We are currently partnered with PCA, SoCal Scholars, Literacy First Freedom Choice Academy, Sparrow Academy, and Suncoast Academy. We are very willing to become partners with your charter school as well! Send us a message to start the process.

K-5th grade Homeschoolers

What to bring

  • Small backpack your child can carry on their own that fits a lunch box and water bottle or water pack. 
  • Extra set of shoes 
  • Swim Suit for warm season
  •  UV protection bucket hat (mandatory)
  •  Bottle of sunscreen 
  • Lunch box with enough food for two snack times and a lunch time 
  • Towel (during warm months)
  • Extra change of clothes (during rainy season)
  • Weather appropriate clothes

Where do the students complete assignments ?

Under a shady tree at a picnic table. They are also welcome to work on the grass with a clipboard. 

Mr. Ryan Music Time

Mr. Ryan's class is amazing! He brings instruments for all the students from ukele's to xylophones. The kids sing, dance, play, and learn in the interactive music class. Mr. Ryan's class is included. Check Mr. Ryan out on youtube or his website. https://www.mrryansmusicandbooks.com/

Native Plant and Marine Life Lessons

Our teachers are knowledgeable about native plants and marine life in San Diego. In the warmer months, students will be learning how to identify marine life that can be found along our beautiful coasts. As the weather gets cooler and our class moves to the trails and canyons, our focus will shift to native animals, native and edible plants.

Morning Session

During our Morning Session we focus on Math, Literacy, and Music! 

Afternoon Session

During our afternoon session, we take the kids on a hike, facilitate an Art Class, and support Social Emotional Learning.
