8:30–9:15 AM | Drop-Off & Morning Arrival
Children arrive and settle into the group inside the bus. Teachers support children with the transition into the school day through free play, connection, and morning activities.

9:20–9:30 AM | Snack & Story Time
A short snack time followed by a story together as a group.

9:40–11:45 AM | Art, Nature & Exploration
A flexible morning of age-appropriate activities, including:

• 🎨 Art options
• 🌿 Nature exploration
• 📚 Stories and books
• 🧩 Hands-on and sensory activities
• 🐞 Child-led exploration and play

Tuesdays at 11 AM | Music Class 🎶
On Tuesdays, the children participate in a special music class during the morning.

11:45 AM | Lunch
Children gather for lunch and have time to eat, socialize, and wind down before rest time.

12:30–2:30 PM | Nap & Rest Time 😴
Children have a dedicated rest period. Children who do not sleep can be outside.

12:30 PM | Half-Day Pick-Up
Half-day children are picked up at 12:30 PM.

3:00 PM | Pick-Up
Full-day children are picked up inside the bus.
*Actual timing may vary on the day

• Diapers & Wipes
• Sun hat with a chin strap 
• Bedroll for full day kids (we have extras if needed and we provide nap pads)
• Full water bottle 
• Lunch box with snacks and a lunch 
• Extra clothing 
• If attending on days where there is a trail: Hiking clothing and closed toed shoes 
• If attending on days on a bay location such as Santa Clara Point, please pack or send them in: Rash guard and swim bottoms, shoes that can go in the water 
• Sunscreen 
• If potty training, pack 10 pairs of undies/pants 
• If raining, send them in rain pants, rain jacket. if you have an extra set pack it in their bag
